CWA competes well at Middle School State

Contenders Middle Schoolers took the mats at Center Grove to compete in the IHSWCA Middle State Championships. Our wrestlers competed in 17 weight classes placing in 15 different classes.  We had 36 wrestlers place, 13 make the finals, and 5 wrestlers bring home the championships.Contenders also scored the  most points as a team. Revin Dickman was able to win his third consecutive MS State Championship. Nate Rioux edged out Case Bell for his second Middle School Championship. Blake Getz won the 80 pound class where CWA placed 1,2,3,5,7. Traevon Ducking beat fellow Contender Aiden Carver for the 75 pound crown. Finally, Kendall Moe dominated the girls 80 pound class before making a deep run in the boys tournament as well. We would like to congratulate all of our wrestler  who competed and represented Contenders so well.
